Ty attended Saint Louis University School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctorate, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, received the Academic Excellence Award in Patent Law, and was Chairperson of the Saint Louis University Honor Council. While attending law school, he co-authored an article about the emerging role of artificial intelligence in pharmaceutical research and development and diagnostic medicine, which was published in the George Washington University Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Missouri in Columbia to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
While in law school, Ty gained internship experience at a local personal injury firm where he sharpened his skills in research and motion writing in complex civil litigation matters.
