Courtney is a proud St. Louis City native with a passion for the intersection of law, art, and design. Before attending law school, she studied business and bartended at a craft beer and wine garden in Chicago. Ultimately, St. Louis called her back home, where Courtney graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property, earning Academic Excellence Awards in IP Survey, Copyright, Negotiations, and IP Licensing. She brings diverse legal experience, having worked as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, a law clerk at a prominent civil litigation firm, and completed two externships at an entertainment production studio.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys the company of her loved ones (including her Sphynx cats), gardening, live music, and immersing herself in her various creative outlets.
