Delaney is originally from Peoria, Illinois and now resides in St. Louis. She attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Political Science and double minored in Business Administration and Pre-Law. She is currently attending St. Louis University School of Law with an expected graduation date of May 2025. During her tenure at SLU Law she was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholar Scholarship. She is also serving as President of SLU Cannabis Law Society which focuses on advocating for people who were incarcerated for marijuana related charges that have since been legalized. She was also accepted into the SLU Law Civil Advocacy Clinic which provides free legal representation for underserved clients. Further, she completed a Judicial Internship with the Missouri Bar. She has also gained valuable experience working in criminal defense and civil litigation throughout her educational career.
