Joel D. Beckwith is an experienced trial attorney whose practice encompasses complex civil litigation, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, and emerging issues involving digital assets and cryptocurrency. Over the course of his career, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Illinois and Missouri, providing strategic advocacy from the earliest stages of litigation through trial and appeal.
