Luke A. Hawley handles complex litigation matters involving a wide array of issues, including business litigation, catastrophic injuries, construction disputes, premises liability, professional liability, and various tort and statutory claims. Luke has a diverse background, having successfully tried high-stakes cases on behalf of individuals, corporations, and public entities in both state and federal court. Luke is a results-oriented litigator, using his varied experience from both private practice and from his time as Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s office to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients.
Luke graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in 2021. During his time in law school, Luke received the Ike Skelton, Sr. Prize for Best Work in Trial Practice, the Allen H. Parke Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and the Fred L. Howard Prize for Excellence in Advancement of Advocacy. Luke also served as Note and Comment Editor for the Missouri Law Review, as the Interschool Competition Director of the Mizzou Board of Advocates, and as a leader of the school’s competitive trial teams. Upon graduation, Luke was named to the Order of Barristers in recognition of his advocacy accomplishments.
