Reagan draws on his business background and legal experience to deliver thoughtful, practical guidance to clients across a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Reagan McDonnell earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he also served as Managing Editor of Volume 95 of the University of Colorado Law Review and as Vice President of the Colorado Disability Justice Alliance. While in law school, Reagan supplemented his education with practical experience, interning at a large telecommunications company, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the United States Attorney’s Office (in 2023). He was also a student attorney in Colorado Law’s Appellate Advocacy Practicum through which he represented a client in an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Prior to joining Gausnell, O’Keefe & Thomas, Reagan gained litigation and appellate experience working for the Missouri State Public Defender, where he represented indigent individuals across eastern Missouri in post-conviction relief motions and appeals.
Reagan grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a B.S. in economics with a certificate in applied business data analytics from Arizona State University.
