It was a beautiful 72 degrees at the new Centene Stadium, home of St. Louis’ new soccer franchise, when members of the Gausnell, O’Keefe & Thomas team started the route for the 2022 Biz Dash 5K sponsored by World Wide Technology. Surrounded by team tents, music, food and beverages, they could not have asked for a better night to promote health and wellness in the workplace.
Our firm’s sole runner, Seth Gausnell, finished in the top 22% in the legal category and 20% overall. Also participating were Jim Gottschalk, Hayley Hughes, Jodi Flieg, Lisa Warrer, Susie McTearnen and Karalyn Mitchell.
The 2022 Biz Dash 5k set a new participation record with over 274 companies and organizations with more than 7,000 participants registered.
The race route started on Market Street in front of Union Station, traveled east toward the Arch, with views of Soldiers Memorial, Stifel Theatre, City Garden, Kiener Plaza, Busch Stadium, and Ballpark Village, before finishing on Chestnut Street on the north side of Aloe Plaza.
