This is the third year in a row that GOT co-founder, Bill Thomas, has been recognized as one of only 100 lawyers in the State of Missouri to make Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s Power List. Their Top 100 Power List honors the state’s most powerful attorneys in their respective practice areas after a meticulous vetting process of intensive research, interviews with practicing attorneys, and review of hundreds of Power profiles from the past 12 months to identify the best of the best.

Bill’s construction law practice is comprehensive, covering every phase of a project from inception to completion and beyond. He is dedicated to representing innovative, conscientious companies and professionals, crafting solutions to the complex challenges they encounter. Bill excels in initial contract creation and negotiation, as well as risk assessment, helping to prevent losses and resolve disputes. Should a claim or litigation arise, he diligently works to secure the best possible outcome for his clients.

He serves as a panelist arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and is a Fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Additionally, he is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s construction law committee, where he currently serves as committee chair, and actively participates in the American Bar Association’s Construction Forum. A prolific author and speaker on construction topics, he also maintains his own blog on construction issues, NavDaedLab.com.
