Bill’s construction law practice covers every stage of a project, from up-front contract formation and negotiation to risk management, claims, and litigation. He is known for helping clients solve complex construction challenges with practical, strategic guidance and for relentlessly pursuing strong results when disputes arise.
In addition to his practice, Bill serves as a panel arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, is a Fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America, chairs the construction law committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel, and is active in the ABA Construction Forum. He is also a frequent author and speaker on construction law topics.
