Bill was recognized in the area of Construction Litigation. His practice is diverse, with an emphasis on complex litigation. He has tried over 70 cases to verdict in numerous difficult venues, from the City of St. Louis, Missouri, Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois, and Federal Court in East St. Louis and St. Louis. He is a Fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America and on the American Arbitration Association’s panel of construction arbitrators. Derek has over 17 years of experience handling cases involving general liability matters, professional liability, toxic torts, including asbestos, benzene, and other substances, product liability, and environmental claims. Najla has been recognized as a Rising Star in the area of Personal Injury General: Defense. Najla attended Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in May of 2020, after attending Webster University, majoring in Legal Studies. Through Webster, she was able to study abroad in Vienna, Austria, where she focused her studies on abnormal psychology and human behavior.
